One of the questions asked by a journalist took the singer and composer seriously. His aggressive answer became famous and turned one of the first memes on the Brazilian internet: "Como você é burro, cara!"&nbsp;(You are so dumb, man!). The meme was used everywhere but the man (or the dumb) was my father. More than 40 years later I resolved to investigate the origins of this discussion to bring a new perspective trough an original podcast produced by Rádio Novelo and an article published by Folha de S.Paulo. And it was on social media that our series started: Paulo and Tigre invited people to show their homemade gambiarra. Among dozens of “alternative technical solutions”, we chose four of them to know their creators and their creatures. And, of course, how to repair them. “O Caçador de Gambiarras” was a success!
